The piece is molded and baked to obtain the cake with the texture and hardness to follow the process. To prevent color mixing during the firing, the separations of the drawing to be made are made previously by opening grooves in the part that are filled with a mixture of manganese with a fatty medium such as oil. Subsequently, with the chosen colors fill the spaces that remain between the lines. When you finish filling all the zones, it is placed in a ceramic oven, where it is given a second firing to melt the enamels and show the vividness of the colors. The 24-karat gold is applied to the brush and the third and definitive firing is made called the third fire where the piece achieves its final finish.
